Technical aspects are not the only challenges that a team needs to face. Actually, that’s the least of a team’s concerns. Scaling your team and making sure that your customers are happy as well as engineers are working on the right thing are, among others, the hardest challenges.
In this talk I’d like to share the framework that is used by the internal Kubernetes team at Booking.com to support the daily job of 2500 developers and thousands of applications running in production.
